Cancellation Policy
It’s understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, car problems, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment. When booking an appointment you are reserving individual professional time specifically for you. For this reason, when booking, the following policies apply: Cancellations Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% and No-Shows will be charged 100% of the cost for the booked service.
Running late? Please let us know as soon as possible to be courteous to the next client. You’re appointment time will have to be shortened in order to reduce the inconvenience to others whose appointments follow yours. The full amount will still be charged. If over 20 minutes late you will most likely need to reschedule & pay a 100% fee for your original appointment.
